Chewy Granola Bars
This recipe is easy to make and store for snacks for later. Make it this weekend and enjoy for the next week!

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. 2. Combine all dry ingredients, except chocolate, set aside.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  4. 4. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then add chocolate chips.
  5. 5. Pour Chewie mix in a 13x9x1 pan (or similar) lined with parchment paper, then place parchment on top to press mixture together
  6. 6. Bake for 14-16minutes. Remove from oven, and press firmly again to compress.
  7. 7. Cool in the fridge or freezer for approx. 15 mins before cutting into bars.
Recipe Notes

NOTE: To keep bars Vegan, make sure your dark chocolate chips don’t have any milk fat & sugar is carbon free. You can also sub out honey for agave if you prefer.
