Preheat oven to 425.
1. Coat broccolini with olive oil, salt, minced garlic, and the juice of 1 quarter of the lemon.
2. Spread broccolini on on a foil-lined sheet pan.
3. Place the other lemon wedges near the broccolini so it roasts together.
4. Roast for 20-22 minutes, until stalks are softened and slightly browned.
To serve, you can pep up the flavor by squeezing a little roasted lemon juice on top of the broccolini.
